Description
Neilsen CT0590 Diesel injector nozzle tester
Used to adjust and calibrate the injection nozzle opening pressure and to carry out leakage, spray pattern and chatter characteristic tests For nozzle size R, S and T.
Basic design with 4” 0-60 Mpa (0-600 bar) pressure gauge.
To operate:
- Please first fill the diesel oil into the cup.
- Press the lever to exhaust the air in the tester.
- Connect the high pressure diesel tube after the oil moves out smoothly.
- Press the lever again to exhaust the air in the tube.
- Connect the injection nozzle with the tube and then start testing.
Contents: 4 inch dial gauge reading 0-60 MPA. Supplied with 3pcs pipes: 1XM12, 2XM14.
